Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the national high school sports team, including editing and strategic direction
• Develop and implement strategies to grow All-USA and Super 25 franchises across various platforms
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance editorial effectiveness and collaborate on content creation with the USA TODAY Network

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in high-impact journalism across multimedia platforms
• Strong understanding of the high school sports landscape, including academies and clubs
• Experience using performance metrics to inform editorial strategies
• Familiarity with AI and automation in journalism
