Deputy Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to lead IT professionals supporting the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring alignment on expectations and processes
• Implement project management structures and identify risks, creating mitigation strategies for onboarding and operational tasks
• Ensure robust documentation and maintain centralized repositories for records, deliverables, and historical references

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in health consulting, project management, or healthcare management
• Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, MHA, MSN, MPH, etc.) required
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience working with PMO office supporting multiple clients
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
