Deputy Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a high-impact federal contract, the full-time Deputy Program Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple Agile delivery teams, serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence while fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and translate strategic goals into actionable plans for Agile teams
• Identify delivery risks, coach team leads, and track program health metrics
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and prepare performance reports to ensure compliance with contract terms

Required qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• PMP certification
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within large-scale federal contracts
• Proven experience leading Agile software delivery or DevOps teams
• Strong knowledge of federal budget and procurement processes
