Seeking a full-time Deputy Program Manager, the ideal candidate will oversee daily operations for multiple Agile delivery teams supporting a high-impact federal contract, serving as a liaison between client stakeholders and cross-functional teams while ensuring delivery excellence and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and translate strategic goals into actionable plans for Agile teams
- Identify delivery risks, escalate issues, and support Agile teams in defining scope and priorities
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare performance reports, and support staffing needs
Required qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- PMP certification
- 5+ years of program or project management experience within large-scale federal contracts
- Proven experience leading Agile software delivery or data-focused teams
- Knowledge of federal budget and procurement processes
