Deputy Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading technical services and program controls for a major federal project, the full-time remote Deputy Program Manager for Technical Services will manage requirements development, technical integration, and specialty mission systems support while ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, quality, and security objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for all Technical Services and Program Controls activities in support of the Program Director
• Direct the development and implementation of technical aspects of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, schedule, and financial metrics
• Oversee the Integrated Master Schedule and manage comprehensive risk management across technical, cost, schedule, and contract execution domains

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field; Master's degree preferred
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to maintain it throughout employment
• 15+ years of experience in design, requirements development, and technical support on large, complex capital projects
• Demonstrated expertise in construction management practices, including design oversight and commissioning
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary technical and controls teams on complex assignments
