Deputy Program Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the ISSO Support Department, the remote Deputy Program Manager will oversee cybersecurity governance functions, ensuring compliance with FISMA and NIST requirements while managing documentation accuracy and continuous monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Act as second-in-command to the Program Manager for ISSO support operations
- Facilitate daily team tasking, monitor bandwidth, and ensure quality control
- Coordinate audits, reviews, and system owner engagements to maintain operational continuity
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of cybersecurity or IT program coordination experience
- Knowledge of FISMA and NIST SP 800-53, 800-37
- PMP or equivalent certification is required
- A minimum Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field
