Deputy Project Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Project Director for the Eyes on Russia project.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the strategic impact of the project, aligning with organizational values and donor goals
• Build strong relationships with senior donors to ensure confidence in the quality and impact of the project
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality control of outputs

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Experienced manager and leader with a background in adaptive management
• Strong networking and stakeholder relationship management experience, particularly in Ukraine
• Experience overseeing projects in complex conflict settings with skills in adaptive programme risk management
• Strong understanding of OSINT methods within Human Rights and Justice & Accountability
• Fluency in Ukrainian and deep contextual knowledge of Ukraine is highly desirable
