Deputy Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' (ATF) National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) program, the remote Deputy Project Manager will plan and coordinate employee activities, establish schedules, and ensure compliance with quality plans.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities of employees while establishing schedules and priorities
• Provide oversight and management of employees to ensure their duties are accomplished effectively
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to discuss project activities, schedules, and workload

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years of recent relevant experience; six years preferred
• Demonstrated people leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and outstanding customer-facing skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
