Deputy Project Manager - Aviation

Job Summary

Providing financial oversight for large-scale capital improvement programs, the remote Deputy Project Manager - Aviation will manage program budgets, verify project costs, and ensure compliance with contract requirements for corporate and aviation clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain overall program budgets, including architectural/engineering consultants and contractor costs
• Verify and reconcile project costs against client systems, developing monthly cash flow models
• Review pay applications for compliance with contract terms and track contractor buy-out and cost adjustments

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 10 years of direct experience with project controls, financial controls, accounting, and/or construction cost management required
• Experience supporting construction or engineering projects preferred
• Knowledge of pay application review and cost control best practices preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
