Job Summary
To expand and strengthen Lime's presence across Latin America, the full-time remote Deputy Regional Head, Government Relations will lead advocacy efforts, develop strategic partnerships with government leaders, and promote community initiatives, focusing on Mexico City and the broader Mexican market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government leaders and community organizations to execute Lime's government relations strategy
- Participate in media interviews and lead public-facing events, communicating Lime's value to various stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement long-term government relations strategies that align with company goals
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
- At least eight years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or community development
- A minimum of three years of experience working with municipal or state government in Mexico City
- Strong understanding of municipal politics and local government dynamics
- Experience in other Latin American countries, particularly Chile, is preferred
