Deputy Requirements Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Requirements Lead to support a large federal customer in financial management system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage business requirements for a financial and acquisition management system
• Lead requirements validation sessions to gather and analyze business user stories and project roadmaps
• Oversee the creation and delivery of Business Requirements and Artifacts, ensuring traceability and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar
• 15 years of experience with Momentum or other Financial Management software in a large cabinet-level agency
• At least 5 years of direct Momentum experience
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Occasional travel to Washington, DC or Austin, TX may be required
