Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter - Dermatology.

Key Responsibilities

• Source experienced dermatology practitioner candidates through various strategies, including cold calling and social media
• Nurture relationships with prospective Dermatologists and Physician Extenders to facilitate their decision to join the practice
• Coordinate sourcing efforts with the Seeker team and regional VP Operations to streamline recruitment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• 2+ years of physician recruiting experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize proactively
• Ability to travel less than 10% of the time if needed
• Strong social media networking ability
