Key Responsibilities

• Actively source experienced dermatology practitioner candidates through various strategies
• Nurture relationships with prospective Dermatologists and Physician Extenders to facilitate hiring
• Coordinate sourcing efforts with the Seeker team and regional VP Operations to optimize recruitment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• 3-5 years of physician recruiting experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to travel less than 10% of the time if needed
• Strong social media networking ability
