Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Design and Engagement Specialist, specializing in Brownfield and Community Revitalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement neighborhood-scale and site-specific reuse planning and design through various analytical and participatory methods
• Promote stakeholder and public engagement through outreach, facilitating communication, and presenting project updates
• Assist with grant writing and research to improve application content and identify funding opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Design, or a related field
• 0 - 4 years of applicable experience
• Proficiency with technical software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Records review
