Design and Engineering Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the Design and Engineering team, the full-time remote Design and Engineering Systems Engineer will manage process improvement, data management, and analytics while developing reporting tools and dashboards to enhance decision-making across engineering functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead process documentation and refinement to enhance efficiency in Design and Engineering workflows
- Develop decision-support tools by integrating data collection and creating reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data collection and presentation across business functions
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in process improvement and data management
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining Smartsheet solutions and workflows
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms for creating dashboards and visualizations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of software integration and data transformation from multiple business systems
- Ability to engage stakeholders and document business requirements for scalable processes and reporting solutions
