Design and Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Design and Sales Consultant will provide in-home consultations and utilize design tools to create elevated customer experiences while driving sales growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales through enriching customer interactions and delivering elevated design offerings both in-home and virtually
• Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and customer presentations using preferred design tools
• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized sales and service experiences

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service
• Understanding of basic design functions including spatial planning and fabric selection
• Strong affinity for technology and proficiency in design tools and floor planning
• Proven track record of building long-lasting customer relationships
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
