Design Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Design Consultant who will manage external design consultants and ensure design solutions align with client objectives, budgets, and quality standards while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the performance of external design consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting design reviews to ensure compliance with client branding and sustainability goals
• Facilitating the value engineering process while coordinating between stakeholders to resolve technical challenges

Required qualifications

• B.A. or B.F.A. in Interior Design or B.A. or M.A. in Architecture from an accredited program
• NCIDQ certification or architectural registration preferred
• 1 to 5 years of experience in commercial project design or project management
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Strong understanding of building codes and industry-standard procurement processes
