Job Summary
Providing comprehensive training solutions, the full-time Design Consultant IV, Oregon will deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff while enhancing application curricula and supporting end-user proficiency during system go-lives and upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content and curricula for various learning methods, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to address performance issues and improve training delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide end-user support and resolve complex system-related issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development
- Proficiency in adult learning principles and training evaluation techniques
- Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMSs) administration (preferred)
