Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time Design Consultant IV, Oregon will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, ensuring the integration of application enhancements and supporting end-user proficiency during system go-lives and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training content, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and evaluating training effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and provide actionable feedback to enhance performance
• Support the implementation of training programs by leveraging adult learning principles and troubleshooting issues as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies is preferred
• Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) is a plus
