Job Summary

Providing comprehensive training and support, the full-time Design Consultant IV in Oregon will deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, focusing on curriculum development and enhancing end-user proficiency across multiple applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training content, ensuring alignment with business goals and evaluating training effectiveness
• Support end-users during system go-lives and upgrades, addressing performance feedback and enhancing user proficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improve training delivery methods

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
