Design Consultant IV, Oregon
Job Summary
To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time Design Consultant IV, Oregon will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff while leveraging advanced knowledge of products and operational workflows in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs, including creating course curricula and training materials, while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to address performance issues and improve end-user proficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and solve complex problems related to training and application enhancements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or eight (8) years in a directly related field
- Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
