Design Consultant IV, Oregon Licensed

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time Design Consultant IV, Oregon Licensed will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, focusing on application enhancements and end-user support for system updates in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Conduct needs assessments and monitor the effectiveness of training programs to meet organizational objectives
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and improve training delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a directly related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
