Design Consultant IV, Training

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time Design Consultant IV, Training will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, leveraging advanced knowledge of products and operational workflows while supporting end-user proficiency and addressing system issues remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs, including curriculum design and training aids, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to meet organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and provide solutions for training delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a directly related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
