Design Consultant IV, Training
Job Summary
To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time Design Consultant IV, Training will develop and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, focusing on application enhancements and end-user support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Provide training delivery and support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing end-user issues
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to improve overall training programs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a directly related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or a directly related field
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
- Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) is a plus
