Design Consultant Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Level Design Consultant who will be responsible for leading and delivering construction projects, with a focus on client experience and innovative solutions in various locations including New York, NY, and Baltimore, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly design review meetings with Architect and Food Service Design Partners, ensuring design integrity throughout the development and construction process
• Manage and track regional and market level projects to ensure timelines are met, serving as the design point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Utilize architectural design programs and tools to develop optimized design solutions, and manage communication and coordination with design partners and vendors

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
• At least 7 years of relevant design and/or construction project management experience
• Restaurant design experience required, with a strong understanding of kitchen equipment design packages and drive-through site layouts
• Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools
• Willingness to travel to project sites (minimum of 10 percent travel required)
