Design Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Coordinator to lead planning and coordination for complex facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-construction efforts including estimating, budgeting, and proposal development for projects
• Manage the design process ensuring compliance and alignment with scope, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate with estimators to deliver cost estimates and support procurement activities

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-construction or estimating roles
• Strong knowledge of industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities
• Experience with projects ranging from $250K to $100M under various delivery models
• Familiarity with estimating tools such as Plan Swift and Procore
• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
