Design Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Coordinator - Permitting (Communications).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of drafting and design professionals to meet project deadlines
• Interpret firm policies, assign tasks, and guide team members through projects
• Oversee onboarding, training, and maintain accurate time and production records

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Design and Drafting Technology, GIS, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of CAD and GIS software
• Five years of experience in Civil or Mechanical design, preferably in the utility industry
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Demonstrated business and personal integrity
