Design & Delivery Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the development and delivery of training programs, the full-time Design & Delivery Consultant will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, ensuring curriculum accuracy and enhancing end-user proficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training content and curricula while coordinating various training methods to meet organizational goals
• Evaluate training needs and monitor the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users during system go-lives and application upgrades

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or eight years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies is preferred
• Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) is advantageous
