Design & Delivery Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance organizational training initiatives, the full-time Design & Delivery Consultant will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, ensuring effective curriculum development and end-user support for various applications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs, including curriculum design and evaluation, to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Provide ongoing support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing end-user issues and enhancing system proficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation, or eight years in a directly related field
- Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
- Strong skills in program development and quality assurance processes
