Job Summary
Providing comprehensive training solutions, the full-time Design & Delivery Consultant IV will deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff while optimizing application enhancements and supporting end-users during system updates in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content and curricula for various learning methods, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and implement improvements in training delivery
Required qualifications:
