Design & Delivery Consultant IV
Job Summary
To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time Design & Delivery Consultant IV will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, leveraging advanced knowledge of products and operational workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs, including curricula and training aids, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Evaluate training needs and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives to improve end-user proficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and implement improvements in training delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or eight (8) years of related experience
- Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development
