Design Delivery Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Delivery Principal responsible for overseeing the delivery of new-build data centers from planning to construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process and collaborate with various engineering partners to deliver high-quality data centers
• Manage relationships with design partners and ensure compliance with global design standards
• Oversee project management and coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Design MEP Firm or as an Architectural lead in Mission Critical design
• MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture preferred; BSc acceptable with extensive experience
• Architects must hold RA or AIA certification
• PE license is desirable but not essential
