Job Summary
A company is looking for a Design Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX practice within the organization to build best-in-class user experience
- Advocate for design and user experience priorities across interdisciplinary teams
- Represent the voice of users, understand their needs, and guide the team in testing design solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in user experience design for digital products
- 5+ years of experience managing people
- Experience designing UX for online marketplaces or ecommerce sites
- Experience developing, leading, and scaling design practices within an organization
- Experience with agile methodology and working in a fast-paced environment
