Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Director for the Transactions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the product area within the Transactions team, enhancing user experience and design quality
• Drive programs for people development and craft excellence, enabling team members to lead autonomously
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs and optimize the transaction experience

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a design leader with a proven portfolio demonstrating impact
• Experience in designing and launching scalable programs for skill growth and design craft elevation
• Ability to lead projects from inception to completion and iterate on existing designs
• Strong background in systems thinking, interaction design, and content-aware UX
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and remote design workflows
