Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Director, Contract - US Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to define and uphold high standards for visual design
• Lead hands-on design efforts while mentoring a team of designers and cultivating talent
• Drive complex digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in design and interactive work, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with essential collaboration tools
• Strong knowledge in visual design, user-centered experience design, and brand development
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic vision and creative inspiration to diverse teams
