Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design leadership with a diverse portfolio
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of designers
• Strong understanding of brand identity and visual design
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional environments
• Deep knowledge of design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
