Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Director to oversee the core product experience and lead design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the design leader for the core product experience, ensuring clarity and quality across workflows
• Lead and mentor designers, fostering individual talent and evolving the design practice
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define opportunities and translate strategy into experiences

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience leading product design teams and delivering user-centered digital products
• Proven track record of collaboration with Product and Engineering partners
• Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and design fundamentals
• Experience operating at both detailed execution and strategic levels
• Prior Director-level experience is a plus, but not mandatory
