Design Director

Job Summary

Leading the vision for brand design, the full-time Design Director will develop and scale the ServiceNow brand identity, drive design-led initiatives across the organization, and foster an inclusive design culture, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the global brand identity for all ServiceNow products and services, ensuring quality and consistency across all touchpoints
• Lead a high-performing team to create innovative brand systems and design solutions for a global audience
• Influence Marketing, Product, and Business leadership to develop holistic brand systems and improve decision-making processes

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in design, building consumer brands globally
• 7+ years of demonstrated people management experience
• Proven ability to drive brand solutions to business problems
• Experience across integrated design work, including traditional, product, packaging, and experiential
• Expertise with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Miro
