Design Director

Job Summary

Leading the vision for the ServiceNow brand, the full-time Design Director will oversee brand design across all channels, drive the global brand identity, and elevate design quality while fostering an inclusive design culture in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the global brand identity for all ServiceNow products and services to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability
• Lead a high-performing team to develop original brand systems and design solutions for a global audience
• Influence Marketing, Product, and Business leadership to develop holistic brand systems and improve integrated approaches to execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design, building consumer brands globally
• 7+ years of demonstrated people management experience coaching and developing team members
• Experience leading with creative vision and driving brand solutions to business problems
• Expertise in integrated design work across various mediums including traditional, product, packaging, and experiential
• Proficient with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Miro
