Job Summary

Leading the vision for the ServiceNow brand, the full-time Design Director will drive global brand identity and design solutions, fostering an inclusive design culture while collaborating across the organization in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the global brand identity for all ServiceNow products and services, ensuring quality and consistency across all touchpoints
• Lead a high-performing team to develop original brand systems and design solutions for a global audience
• Foster and grow brand design culture, improving performance and integrated approaches to execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design, with a focus on building consumer brands globally
• 7+ years of demonstrated people management experience in coaching and developing team members
• Experience leading with creative vision and driving brand solutions to business problems
• Proven track record in integrated design work across various mediums
• Expertise in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Miro
