Job Summary

Leading a high-output creative studio, the full-time remote Design Director will manage a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the production of high-quality assets that align with client brand guidelines while integrating generative AI tools into creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and develop a creative team, conducting internal critiques and fostering a culture of high standards
• Partner with the Business Director to oversee studio operations, manage timelines, and enhance the overall client experience
• Lead the integration of generative AI tools into creative processes, setting quality standards and driving adoption across the team

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand system expertise and multi-format creative execution
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams in fast-paced environments
• Deep expertise in brand identity and maintaining quality across diverse markets
• Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strategic awareness of AI's role in enhancing creative quality and delivery efficiency
