Job Summary

Leading a high-output creative studio, the full-time Design Director will manage a multi-disciplinary team to produce on-brand assets for a major B2B tech client, integrating AI tools to enhance creative workflows while ensuring quality and operational efficiency, with the option to work remotely or from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and develop a creative team, maintaining high standards and conducting internal critiques
• Partner with the Business Director to manage studio operations and client relationships
• Lead the integration of generative AI tools into creative processes and ensure quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand system expertise and multi-format creative execution
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams in fast-paced environments
• Deep expertise in brand identity and maintaining quality across diverse markets
• Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills with clients and cross-functional teams
