Job Summary

Leading a high-output creative studio, the full-time remote Design Director will direct a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring quality and brand consistency across various campaigns and assets while integrating AI tools to enhance creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and develop a creative team, conducting internal critiques and fostering a culture of high standards
• Partner with the Business Director to manage studio operations and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead the integration of generative AI tools into creative processes, setting quality standards for AI-assisted output

Required qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand systems and multi-format creative execution
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams in fast-paced environments
• Deep expertise in brand identity and maintaining quality across diverse markets
• Experience with generative AI tools and building AI-assisted workflows within a creative team
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
