Job Summary

Leading a high-output creative studio, the full-time Design Director will manage a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring quality and brand consistency across various formats while integrating AI tools to enhance creative workflows, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and develop a creative team, maintaining high standards through critiques and feedback
• Partner with the Business Director to oversee studio operations and client relationships
• Lead the integration of generative AI tools into creative processes to improve efficiency and quality

Required qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand systems and multi-format creative execution
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams in fast-paced environments
• Deep knowledge of brand identity and creative systems across diverse markets
• Experience in setting creative quality standards and developing team capabilities
• Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools and the Adobe Creative Suite
