Design Director - Fleece

Job Summary

Leading the fleece product vision for a rapidly growing ecommerce brand, the full-time remote Design Director - Fleece will manage the creative direction, product design, and innovation strategy for fleece apparel, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the fleece product aesthetic and design language while driving seasonal and long-term product strategy
• Lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of products
• Conduct trend research and identify emerging opportunities to innovate fleece construction and fabric performance

Required Qualifications:

• 12-15+ years of apparel design experience, particularly in fleece or comfort-driven apparel
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing design teams
• Strong understanding of fleece fabrics, garment construction, and manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to create commercially successful product assortments
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on prioritization and organization
