Design Director of Home

Job Summary

Leading the vision for comfort-driven living, the full-time remote Design Director of Home will define and drive the product strategy for soft and hard goods, focusing on innovation and market trends to create best-in-class home products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Comfrt's Home product aesthetic and category vision
• Drive seasonal and long-term product strategy across core and emerging Home categories
• Lead the end-to-end product creation process from concept through production approval

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Home, Bedding, Home Textiles, or related categories
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Strong understanding of bedding construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to build commercially successful product categories that drive growth
• Experience utilizing sales and reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
