Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Engineer for the Human Centered Design Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Design Engineer to evolve a tokenized, component-based design system
• Translate design specs into production-ready, accessible code
• Maintain documentation, usage guidelines, and support adoption across multiple product teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a Human-Centered Design group
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ standards and accessibility testing tools
• Experience with micro frontends or theming at scale
• Familiarity with design tokens, Storybook, and component libraries
