Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Engineer (Global Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete product development cycle from ideation to implementation
• Prototype and implement products using AI tools to enhance creator workflows
• Analyze user data to inform product decisions and improve user engagement

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building real products, including coding and launching applications
• Technical expertise in rapid prototyping with AI coding skills (React/TypeScript)
• Strong product thinking with the ability to prioritize features based on user needs
• Data analysis skills, including performing A/B tests and interpreting user analytics
• Empathy for content creators, with experience as a creator or working closely with them
