Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Engineer - Client Operations & GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and code responsive landing pages, templates, and UI components
• Lead design reviews with client stakeholders and translate feedback into rapid iterations
• Prototype new microsites and AI-assisted design workflows for potential business offerings

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and building production quality web or product experiences
• A portfolio showcasing world-class aesthetics, clarity in interaction, and shipped code
• Fluency in Figma and at least one front-end stack (React, Next.js, Webflow, or similar)
• Ability to juggle brand storytelling with conversion-focused growth design
• Experience with motion/3D skills or prior ownership of a brand/design system is a bonus
