Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Engineer II to support renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create sheet sets and perform design work for engineering disciplines related to renewable energy and substations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, manage time across multiple projects, and coordinate with clients and project managers
• Work under senior staff guidance on projects, attend meetings, and meet deliverables and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related work experience
• 2+ years of experience in design and drafting with AutoCAD
• 2+ years of experience in solar PV systems or energy storage system design
• Commercial or utility-scale experience is desirable
• Passion for multi-disciplinary design integrating various engineering disciplines
